A safe space to heal at your own pace.

I specialize in trauma-informed, culturally-responsive psychotherapy, including EMDR, art therapy, parts work, and somatic practices, to help immigrants, survivors, and creatives navigate and heal from complex trauma, reconnect with their identity, and move forward with creativity, compassion, and care.

Hola — welcome. I’m Brii.

I’m really glad you found your way here.

I’m a bilingual (English & Spanish) psychotherapist, Board-Certified Art Therapist, and a queer Latina clinician. My work is rooted in a culturally responsive, trauma informed approach that honors the ways culture, identity, community, and lived experiences shape our mental health.

I work with immigrants, survivors of abuse, and creatives who are navigating trauma, identity, attachment trauma, immigration stress, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are also exploring questions around belonging, family expectations, cultural or self identity, what it means to live more fully as themselves, or what it means and how it feels to move forward from traumatic experience(s).

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and collaborative. Depending on what feels most supportive for you, our work may include EMDR, art therapy, parts work, mindfulness, and body-based practices. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and respectful of your story.

I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself — especially if you’ve spent a long time feeling like you had to carry everything on your own.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or holding experiences that still feel heavy, we can gently explore them together. You are the expert on your story. My role is to offer a steady, compassionate, and affirming space where healing can unfold.

My hope is that you feel respected, supported, and at ease here — exactly as you are.

If this resonates with you, you’re warmly invited to reach out when you feel ready.

I’m really glad you’re here.
