A Texas-based bilingual (English & Español), trauma-informed therapy space for healing trauma, exploring identity, and reconnecting with self — especially for Latinas, mothers, culturally diverse communities, LGBTQIA+ folks, and creative clients.

You don’t have to carry it all alone. Together, we’ll make space to understand your story, ease the impact of past experiences, and help you feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again.

Hola — welcome. I’m Brii.

I’m really glad you found your way here.

I’m a bilingual (English & Spanish) psychotherapist, Board-Certified Art Therapist, and queer Latina clinician. My work is rooted in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed approach that honors how culture, identity, community, and lived experience shape mental health.

I work with people exploring identity, healing from trauma, and making sense of their lived experiences — including immigrants, survivors of abuse, and creative individuals.

Many of the people I support are also exploring:

  • belonging and cultural identity

  • family expectations and intergenerational dynamics

  • self-discovery and authenticity

  • what it means to move forward after trauma

Many of the people I support are also exploring belonging, cultural identity, family expectations, intergenerational dynamics, self-discovery, and what it means to feel more fully like themselves after difficult or shaping experiences.

My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed. Depending on what feels most supportive for you, our work may include EMDR, art therapy, parts work, mindfulness, and body-based practices.

Together, we move at a pace that feels safe, grounded, and respectful of your story. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself — especially if you’ve spent a long time holding things on your own.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or carrying experiences that still feel heavy, we can gently make space for them together.

You are the expert on your story. My role is to offer a steady, compassionate, and affirming space where healing can unfold.

My hope is that you feel respected, supported, and at ease here — exactly as you are.

If this resonates, you’re warmly invited to reach out when you feel ready.

I’m really glad you’re here.

-Brii
