Hola! Welcome! I’m Brii.

I’m a bilingual (English & Spanish) therapist and Board-Certified Art Therapist who works with individuals seeking support around trauma, stress, identity, immigration support, and life transitions. I use a trauma-informed approach that may include EMDR, art therapy, mindfulness, and body-based practices — always tailored to what feels safest and most helpful for you.

Therapy with me is collaborative, caring, and culturally affirming. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or carrying experiences that still feel heavy, we’ll gently explore them together. You are the expert of your story — I’m here to offer a steady, compassionate space for healing.

My hope is that you feel supported, respected, and at ease. I’m really glad you’re here.
